Staging: for Commercial Realtor
	Before: Realtor had empty home to prepare for sale. The open living/dining area was an awkward space and potential buyers needed to see how these rooms would look with furniture and accessories. After: The house's living/dining area as well as the other main rooms (kitchen, bedrooms, study, and bath) were staged with the minimum amount of furniture and accessories so potential buyers could visualize living there. Some furniture and accessories were rented while other pieces were brought in on loan.
